Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any workspace, service, or facility provided by Synq.Work ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all services rendered by Synq.Work, including managed offices, coworking spaces, GCC setup, meeting rooms, and virtual office solutions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not engage our services.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Synq.Work and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.


2. Services Provided

Synq.Work offers the following workspace solutions to corporate clients across India:

  • Managed Offices — Fully fitted, staffed, and managed office spaces tailored to enterprise requirements, typically on a minimum 12-month licence.
  • Coworking — Flexible hot-desks and dedicated desks in shared workspace environments, available on daily, monthly, or annual plans.
  • GCC Setup — End-to-end Global Capability Centre establishment support, including entity registration advisory, fit-out design, and operational readiness.
  • Meeting Rooms — Professional boardrooms and meeting spaces bookable by the hour or day at any Synq.Work centre.
  • Virtual Office — Business address, mail handling, and call answering services for companies requiring a professional presence without a physical office.

Synq.Work reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable prior notice to the Client.


3. Booking & Reservations

All bookings and reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Synq.Work in writing. A reservation is only considered confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and the applicable advance payment or security deposit.

Synq.Work reserves the right to decline any booking request without providing a reason. All enquiries submitted through the website, email, or phone are non-binding until a formal agreement is executed by both parties.


4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in the service agreement:

  • All fees are billed monthly in advance and are due on or before the 1st of each calendar month.
  • A refundable security deposit equivalent to one to three months' licence fee is required prior to commencement of services, as specified in the service agreement.
  • Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate will be levied on all invoices. Clients are responsible for providing their GSTIN where applicable.
  • Payments not received within 7 days of the due date will attract a late payment charge of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.
  • Synq.Work reserves the right to suspend access to services in the event of non-payment beyond 14 days of the due date.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by service type:

  • Managed Offices & Dedicated Spaces — A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required prior to vacating or terminating the service. Early termination before the agreed licence period may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and/or payment of early termination charges as specified in the service agreement.
  • Meeting Rooms — Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking will receive a full credit. Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking will be charged in full. No-shows will be billed 100% of the booking value.
  • Coworking & Flexi Plans — Monthly plans require 15 days' written notice for cancellation. Day passes are non-refundable.
  • Virtual Office — 30 days' written notice is required. Unused periods are non-refundable.

6. Client Obligations

As a condition of using Synq.Work facilities and services, the Client agrees to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including fire safety, health and safety, and building regulations relevant to their use of the premises.
  • Not sublet, assign, or share access to the workspace or any associated services without the prior written consent of Synq.Work.
  • Use the workspace solely for lawful business purposes and refrain from any activity that may cause nuisance, damage, or disruption to other occupants or to the building.
  • Maintain the workspace and common areas in a clean and orderly condition and report any damage or defects promptly.
  • Not alter or make any permanent modifications to the workspace without prior written approval from Synq.Work.
  • Ensure that all employees, contractors, and visitors comply with the house rules and policies of the relevant Synq.Work centre.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Synq.Work brand, logo, website, marketing materials, proprietary technology platforms, and related content remain the exclusive property of Synq.Work. No licence or right to use any such intellectual property is granted to the Client other than as necessary for the enjoyment of the services.

The Client retains all intellectual property rights in any materials, data, or content created by the Client or its employees during their use of Synq.Work facilities.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Synq.Work shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the services, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data.
  • Synq.Work's total aggregate liability to the Client under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • Synq.Work shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the Client's property, equipment, or data stored at or transmitted from the premises.
  • Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Privacy

The collection, use, and storage of personal data provided by the Client is governed by Synq.Work's Privacy Policy, available at synq.work/privacy-policy. By engaging Synq.Work's services, the Client consents to the processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.


10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
