With over 19 years of experience across strategy, technology, finance and commercial real estate, Pratik Sud founded Synq.Work with a vision to redefine how enterprises experience the workplace. Before establishing Synq.Work, he built his foundation in business consulting at PwC, experience that continues to shape his strategic, analytical and customer-centric approach to building scalable businesses.
As Founder & CEO, Pratik leads Synq.Work's long-term vision, corporate strategy and growth, driving the company's expansion across India while shaping its evolution as an enterprise-first managed workspace platform. Working closely with clients, developers and strategic partners, he has been instrumental in building a business that combines flexibility, operational excellence and long-term value creation.
Complementing his consulting background with global exposure and executive education from the University of Texas at Austin, Pratik brings an international perspective to workplace innovation. Under his leadership, Synq.Work has grown into a trusted partner for enterprises, Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and high-growth organisations seeking scalable workplace solutions across India.

Rahat Bhagat

With over 15 years of experience across commercial real estate, enterprise workplace strategy and entrepreneurship, Rahat Bhagat has been instrumental in shaping Synq.Work's growth into a trusted partner for enterprises across India. Before co-founding Synq.Work, he built his foundation in commercial real estate with JLL and Cushman & Wakefield, advising occupiers on workplace strategy and corporate real estate. Combined with an international education from the University of Sheffield and Lancaster University Management School, this experience continues to shape his strategic and commercially driven approach to enterprise workplace solutions.
At Synq.Work, Rahat leads enterprise partnerships, workplace strategy and business expansion, working closely with occupiers to create scalable workplace solutions that support growth across India. He has been instrumental in securing many of the company's marquee enterprise clients, structuring complex commercial partnerships and driving Synq.Work's expansion across multiple cities.
Drawing on a legacy of family businesses spanning real estate development, hospitality and manufacturing, along with entrepreneurial experience across managed workspaces and design & build, Rahat brings a holistic understanding of how businesses grow and operate. His expertise spans managed offices, workplace consulting, Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and enterprise real estate, enabling organisations to make informed workplace decisions with confidence.
