Since launching the company in 2019, Pratik has led Synq.Work from a single managed workspace to one of India's fastest-growing enterprise workspace platforms, spanning 18+ centres across 6 cities and managing 5.78 lakh+ sq. ft. of premium managed office infrastructure for enterprises, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and high-growth businesses.
Drawing on experience across North America, the Middle East, and India, Pratik combines strategic thinking with execution to build workplace solutions that are agile, scalable, and future-ready. Under his leadership, Synq.Work has evolved beyond managed offices into a trusted partner for businesses seeking speed, operational excellence, and long-term flexibility.

As Co-Founder, Rahat leads the delivery of enterprise-grade managed workspaces, ensuring every project reflects Synq.Work's commitment to quality, speed, and customer experience. His expertise spans workspace development, design & build, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and operational excellence—helping organisations establish offices that are ready to perform from day one.
His leadership has played a key role in scaling Synq.Work's footprint to 18+ centres across 6 cities, supporting a portfolio of 5.78 lakh+ sq. ft. of managed office space while maintaining the operational standards that enterprise clients expect.
